I’m reminded every time I step into a store that the holidays are quickly approaching. Just yesterday I heard Christmas music at the grocery store…it was November 7th!

All this music and fanfare reminded me that as employers, it is our responsibility to make sure that our employees feel supported during the holidays. Listen to the podcast to learn more about religious accommodations and how you can strengthen your workplace community.
